Easter Services & Events
Holy Week is a special time at St. Luke’s as it is for Christians everywhere. There are several events open to all. Please join in as you can and add to your celebrations.
Maundy Thursday — April 2 at 5:45 p.m.
Church Potluck in Lower Hall and a service focused on the story of Jesus’ last supper and Holy Communion.
Good Friday April 3 at 10:00 a.m.
Service of worship to remember and ponder Jesus’ crucifixion and death.
Community Easter Egg Hunt - Saturday, April 4 at 10:00 a.m. Meet in Lower Hall before being led outside to the trail to hunt for eggs. Treats and crafts afterwards provided in the Lower Hall.
Please bring a food bank donation which will be delivered to the St. Margaret’s Bay Food Bank. This event is organized and run by volunteers with the Youth Group.
Sunrise Service Easter Morning Sunday, April 5 at 7:00 a.m. at Peggy’s Cove. Look for the large wooden cross. Event happens rain or shine; dress for the weather. Muffins and music follow inside at the Sou’Wester Restaurant.
