Join us in the sanctuary as our experienced presenters share information and local resources you need when considering care plans for yourself or those you love.

Free to the community/Everyone welcomed/ Doors open at 6:30 p.m.

All presentations are planned for 6:45 - 8:45 p.m., include time for questions and answers and a refreshment break.
